Conversion Optimization
Finding and fixing the points where a store loses visitors, then testing changes to turn more of them into customers.
Conversion Optimization covers the analysis, hypothesis-building and testing used to improve the rate at which store visitors complete a purchase or other goal.
What you will be assessed on

Knows what a conversion rate is, the common leak points in a funnel, and what an A/B test is.
L2
Has diagnosed funnel drop-off, run tests with a clear hypothesis, and measured the revenue impact of a change.
L3
Sets the experimentation roadmap for a store, prioritises tests by expected value, and builds a learning system from results.
