What each level asks of you
A verifier marks against these descriptors. Level 1 is free and self-directed; Levels 2 and 3 use credits and a human verifier.
L1
You can spot an obviously wrong number and say why it looks wrong.
L2
You document a metric's definition, trace it back to its source, and fix the fault you find rather than the symptom.
L3
You run the governance a function's reporting depends on, including who owns each metric and what happens when it breaks.
What counts as evidence at L2
A metric you traced to source, with the fault you found and the fix you made.
Evidence has to be work you did. It is attached to the request and read by the verifier — it is never published.
